About me

I'm Ilker Dalushi, currently in an IHK retraining program in Leipzig to become an IT Specialist for System Integration. My technical profile is built around Windows, Linux, networking, PowerShell and IT security. I also work with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor and OpenAI Codex.

Before the retraining I spent several years in leadership positions, working with KPI, Lean and 5S methods and in direct customer contact. That shapes how I approach IT today: with an eye on the process, clean documentation and clear communication.

IT competencies

• Systems and virtualization: Windows clients, Windows Server, Linux, Docker, virtual machines
• Hardware: PC assembly, installation and replacement of components
• Support: handling support tickets, end-user support
• Local AI systems: setup and operation of local LLMs with Ollama and LM Studio
• AI-assisted development: Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex

What I bring

• Practical experience with KPI, Lean and 5S in production environments
• Team leadership for up to 40 people, including training and coaching
• Careful documentation so others can pick up where I left off
• Communication in German (B2), English (B2), Italian (C1), Albanian (native)
• Fast ramp-up on new tools and systems
• Driving license (class B)
